    Senior Behavior Consultant

    Jordan entered the behavior management field in 2009, after coming to us from the mental health and education fields. She was employed as a case manager previously. She has been a great asset to our team with her mental health background and clinical skills. She's also an amazing Internet researcher when we need more information on a particular challenge, therapy or intervention. Jordan serves individuals in St. Joseph County.

    Senior Behavior Consultant

    Anne has been in the behavior management field for more than 12 years and brings with her a wealth of experience. She was formerly a QMRP at a residential company. Anne provides support in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties.

  • Christi, MS

    Behavior Consultant

    Christi has been in the field for almost 20 years and brings a wealth of experience! She previously worked as a QMRP/Program Director for a residential company. Christi completed her masters degree while at BST and is now providing Waiver supports in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties.

  • Kelli, MS

    Senior Behavior Consultant

    Kelli joined our team as the quality coordinator in September 2011 and moved into behavior management in February 2012. She has experience working with both ID/DD children and adults in the mental health field in a residential setting. Kelli also served in several QMRP positions with residential program providers. Kelli serves individuals in St. Joseph and Marshall counties.

    Senior Behavior Consultant

    Heather has been working in the field for more than 19 years. She brings a varied and extensive background that included providing therapeutic counseling services to individuals, families and couples; implementing Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers with special needs; as well as delivering special education services to learning disabled, emotionally and behaviorally impaired and mentally and physically handicapped children and adolescents. Heather focuses her attention to clients in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties.

    Behavior Consultant

    Brandon joined BST in October 2012. His background is in social psychology, social behaviorism and symbolic interactionism. Brandon applies both his knowledge of human behavior and his teaching experience as a college instructor to his experiences in the behavioral field. Brandon serves consumers in St. Joseph and LaPorte Counties.

  • Shar, M.Min, M.A.T.S., M. Div.

    Behavior Consultant

    Shar joined the team in November 2015. She brings many years of extensive experience working with children, teens, and individuals with special needs. As a relationship builder and mentor, Shar enjoys watching people grow and reach their goals. Shar received her Master of Ministry and her Master of Theological Studies from Bethel College and her Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary. Shar provides services in St. Joseph County.

    Behavior Consultant

    Emily has worked in the field of behavior consulting for several years. She received her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism. She worked in the ABA therapy field for two years and as a para professional in the PHM school district. She currently works as a behavior consultant and as a yoga instructor for local studios and gyms. She is also currently pursuing her PhD in Developmental Psychology.

    Behavior Consultant

    Paul joined the BST team in March 2017. Paul has a teaching background and loves to talk history with several of older individuals. Prior to joining the BST team, he served as QMRP for a residential company. Paul services St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties.

  • Jennifer, MSW

    Behavior Consultant

    Jenn moved back to Indiana after spending 12 years in California as a Human Services Social Worker for Child Protective Services. After returning, she spent four years providing therapy and substance abuse treatment to parents and children involved with The Department of Children's Services. In 2017, Jenn joined the rewarding field of behavioral services where she focuses her efforts in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties.

    Behavior Consultant

    Vanessa joined BST as a behavior consultant in February 2018. She has an extensive background in the mental health field, starting her career in 2001. She has experience with both ID/DD children and adults. Vanessa serves individuals in St. Joseph and LaPorte Counties.

  • Colleen, MA

    Behavior Consultant

    Colleen graduated from Ball State University with her masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a focus in Autism. She became passionate about the developmentally disabled population when she first started assisting in the special needs classroom in high school more than 10 years ago. She worked throughout college as a direct care staff in a group home setting for more than five years. There she gained experience working with countless clients with a variety of abilities and challenges. She also has experience working as a preschool teacher and has helped out at several after school programs for underprivileged children. Colleen enjoys working with both adults and children here at BST, teaching them the skills they need for success, helping them reach their full potential, and building trust along the way.

  • Travis, MA, BCBA

    Behavior Consultant

    Travis previously worked for BST and returned in 2019. He has a masters degree in community counseling and has over 10 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. He has also provided intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism for 6 years, part of which time he was a director at a local ABA center. Travis works in Elkhart and St. Joseph Counties.

  • Carrie, MED

    Behavior Consultant

    Carrie graduated from Arizona State University with her masters degree in Education concentrating in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has worked in intensive ABA for 5 years while behavior consulting in the evenings, leading to her switch to consulting full time in November 2019 to help individuals in environments that are most meaningful to them. Carrie works in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties.

  • Courtney, MS

    Behavior Consultant

    Courtney joined the BST team in January 2020 after completing her bachelors in Psychology at Purdue University, then her Masters of Science in Experimental Psychology at Georgia Southern University. She had an extensive background in the private sector before returning to academia for her masters and an emphasis in Teaching Psychology, where she participated in extensive research. Courtney supports individuals in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties.

    Sara started working at BST in June 2020. She graduated from Indiana University South Bend with a Masters of Social Work. She has over 20 years of experience working with children and adults with various disabilities throughout the community.

    Behavior Consultant

    Jewel joined BST as a behavior consultant in February 2021. She has an extensive background in the social work field, starting her career in 2013 after completing her bachelor’s in psychology in Chicago, IL. After completing her MSW, she decided to move into the field of behavior management. She has experience with both ID/DD children and adults. Jewel serves individuals in St. Joseph and LaPorte Counties.

    Behavior Consultant

    Sarah joined BST in August of 2022. She graduated from Walden University with a Masters in Forensic Psychology in February of 2022. She has experience working with individuals with various disabilities. She is excited to begin working in this field and help the adults and children reach their full potential.

  • Junior , M.A. ABA, CTRS

    Behavior Consultant

    Jr. joined the BST team in May 2016 just after graduation from Indiana University with a degree in Recreational Therapy and a minor in Spanish and Psychology. Jr. has experience with many different populations including geriatrics, spinal cord injury, stroke, pediatrics, and rehabilitation setting, and helped run an adapted sports clinic for people with physical disabilities in Bloomington, Indiana. Jr. started his Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis in August of 2020 and graduated in May of 2022. Jr. is currently serving clients in both recreation therapy and behavior management. He is excited to help people in his community since he has lived in South Bend his whole life. Jr. will be serving in the South Bend, Granger, and Elkhart area.

    Born in South Bend, IN, Ian is a dedicated behavior therapist with a mission to empower individuals with special needs. A proud alumna of Indiana University South Bend, his academic journey fueled his passion for creating positive change. Beyond the world of behavior therapy, Ian enjoys fitness, music, and the warmth of quality time spent with friends and family. Dedicated to making a difference, Ian channels his enthusiasm into helping people in our community who need it the most. Guided by the belief that every person deserves a chance to thrive, Ian's approach to behavior therapy is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a genuine commitment to fostering growth.
