Kelly Murray Howard, MS, MBA, RBC

Kelly started working in the developmental disabilities field in 2002 when she was a residential county director. In 2003, she started providing behavior management services. She now supervises the Behavior Services & Therapy team and handles all the management functions required to own and operate a business. Kelly is a Registered Behavioral Consultant through the Indiana Association of Behavioral Consultants (IN ABC). Kelly has held board positions with IN ABC for several years and served as the President from 2011 until 2017. Additionally, she is a retired major in the Air Force Reserves and spent 24 years working as a public affairs (relations) journeyman and officer while on active duty and in the Reserves. She was named the 434th Air Refueling Wing Officer of the Year — 2008.

Lori S., MA, RBC

Lori started working in the MR/DD field in 2003. She changed to providing behavior management services in April 2005 after being a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP) for 18 months in a residential setting. She primarily serves individuals in Marshall and St. Joseph Counties. Lori is also responsible for training certain components of the New Hire Training Curriculum as well as providing professional development training for current team members. Lori is a Registered Behavioral Consultant through the Indiana Association of Behavioral Consultants.

    AR/AP Manager

    Linda started working in the field in March 2005. She is responsible for billing all services rendered.

  • Robin B.

    Office Manager / Human Resources

    Robin has been with the company since January 2012 and is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the office are operating professionally and efficiently. She brings many years of Administrative experience to BST.

  • Stephanie M.

    Waiver Intake Coordinator

    Stephanie joined BST in May 2016. She ensures the Waiver clinicians have the office support they need to remain productive in the field and coordinates all Waiver referrals and intakes.

  • Eryka K.

    Quality Compliance Specialist

    Eryka joined BST in July 2016. She ensures that the quality of work by BST professionals is maintained to the high expectations of the CEO/Owner. Eryka manages the annual Waiver Client Satisfaction Survey process as well as provides administrative support to the Human Rights Committee overseeing all Waiver Behavioral Support Plans.

  • Raina Rae

    Director of Employee Emotional Support

    Raina joined the BST team in September 2019. As the runt of her litter, she understands how exhausting getting through each day can be and works hard to provide levity and stress reduction to everyone she sees. Raina spends her days strolling through the employee offices on the upper floor at the BST office. She makes it a point to greet each staff member as the come through the door, sits ever-so-politely with them as they eat lunch and welcomes every hug, belly scratch and treat she gets.

  • Michael L.

    IT Director / Payroll Manager

    Michael worked in Chicago for 30 years at major Consulting firms in Information Technology.  Having left Chicago he became the IT Director for BST.  Last year was tasked with taking over the payroll department having spent over 10 years writing global Payroll/AP systems.  Before working for BST, he developed the system that they currently use to track clients, staff, time and billing.

  • Dani

    Dani joined BST in April, 2023. She assists our clinical councilors with scoring assessments, tracking diagnostic reports and helps maintain functions of the front office.

  • Vicky

    Training and Compliance Specialist

    Vicky started BST in February 2024. She is responsible for training new hires. Vicky worked as a waiver case manager for the disabled since 2016.

  • Emily

    Outpatient Referral Specialist

    Emily joined BST in January 2024, she will ensure referrals from outside partners are processed timely and continuous communication is occurring between referral sources.
